Joao Vitor Shot Analysis
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QKk8iy2P9aI
Shot Analysis:
Angle 1: Straight on- Camera under basket
On this shot the ball was brought straight up on the shooting hand side and my finger, elbow, knee and toe are almost in the same plane. My elbow finished near my eyes but the off-hand came of the ball after release.
Angle 2: Side View- Camera on shooting hand side
On this shot my elbows are near the eyes but my footwork was not consistent.
Angle 3: Rear View- Camera is directly behind shooter
On this shot the shooting had directly behind the ball with the two fingers in the middle. The ball was not released with one-hand and the off-hand rotated towards the ball.
Conclusion:
I have to improve my footwork, shoot the ball with only one-hand by taking the off-hand of the ball after release. Another thing I have to improve is to keep the off-hand vertical at release.

Angle 1: Straight on- Camera under basket.
- Is the ball brought straight up on the shooting hand side? No, because my arm moves slightly left or right.
- Are finger, elbow, knee and toe in the same plane? No, because when I shoot, my arm is moving sideways.
- Do the shooting fingers finish pointing down towards your forward foot? Yes, most of the time but sometimes It points at the right side.
- Does your elbow finish near or above your eyes? Yes, it finishes above my eyes but sometimes it has too much arc in my shot.
- Does the off- hand come of the ball just before release? Yes, most of the time.
Angle 2: Rear View- Camera is directly behind shooter.
- Is the shooting hand directly behind the ball with the two shooting fingers in the middle? Yes and No at the same time because sometimes my index and my middle finger doesn't push the ball but my last three fingers do.
- Is the off-hand at 9 or 3 o’clock? 9 o'clock
- Is the ball released with one-hand? Yes, most of the time.
- Is the off-hand vertical at release? Or is it rotated towards the ball? What would this mean? Yes, it is vertical at release sometimes but my arm goes sideways to release power or try to make a basket and that means that your shooting finger was accurately straight to the basket.
Angle 3: Side View- Camera on shooting hand side.
- Is the wrist cocked before the release? Yes and No because sometimes I forget to do it and make a bad shot or an airball.
- Is the footwork consistant? No it isn't consistant because my footwork is not yet repetitive for me and it doesn't come natural when I shoot jumpers. My foot work is also different from my freethrow and my jumpshots. My freethrow footwork is together and my jumpshots are wide or together. They change from time to time in a bad way.
- Is the ball kept in front of the body? Yes, most of the time.
- When the ball is released are the elbows near or above the eyes? Yes, but sometimes it has too much arc that it turns into an airball or a "lucky" shot.
- Conclusion: I suck at shooting because my footwork and my shooting arm is inconsistent because I try different forms out all the time.

Analysis
Angle 1:
When I shot, it is possible to see that my hands move to the left side which is wrong. My fingers finish pointing down and left sided even though my elbow finishes on my eyebrow. Another mistake is that I throw the ball with both hands.
Angle 2
From this angle I can see that my fingers position are right because they are the last thing touching the ball when a throw it. My off-hand is also in the right position but the bad thing about it is that I’m still throwing with both hands, my off-hand is rotated, that means: Im doing wrong.
Angle 3:
My wrist is crocked, my footwork is right, the ball is in front of me and I finished with my elbows by my eyebrows. CONCLUSION: I should practice my balance and how to align better my body and my hand. Also I should work on my off-hand.

Angle 1: Straight on- Camera under basket.
- Is the ball brought straight up on the shooting hand side? yes, the ball was brought straight up.
- Are finger, elbow, knee and toe in the same plane? kind of.
- Do the shooting fingers finish pointing down towards your forward foot? my fingers were pointing down where they supposed to do.
- Does your elbow finish near or above your eyes? My elbow was near my eye but my hand is not straight for some reason.
- Does the off- hand come of the ball just before release? The off hand was release slightly just before the release.
Angle 2: Rear View- Camera is directly behind shooter.
- Is the shooting had directly behind the ball with the two shooting fingers in the middle? yes
- Is the off-hand at 9 or 3 o’clock? The off hand was at the 10 o'clock.
- Is the ball released with one-hand? Yes the off hand came off just right before the release
- Is the off-hand vertical at release? Or is it rotated towards the ball? What would this mean? it is a little bit rotated towards the ball. it means the off hand helped to push the ball.
Angle 3: Side View- Camera on shooting hand side.
- Is the wrist cocked before the release? Yes it cocked near my right eye
- Is the footwork consistent? the footwork was consistent.
- Is the ball kept in front of the body? yes
- When the ball is released are the elbows near or above the eyes? The ball was released near the eyes
conclusion: i need to do more form shooting to improve my shooting skills and accuracy. also i need to try to shoot under the rim while sitting to improve my the power of my wrist. after seeing the video all in all i think it's all good, maybe i just need to work on more form shooting so i will be better at getting scores from the outside.

Angle 1: Straight on- Camera under basket.
- Is the ball brought straight up on the shooting hand side? yes
- Are finger, elbow, knee and toe in the same plane? my elbow bends out a bit so now they aren’t all lined up in the same place
- Do the shooting fingers finish pointing down towards your forward foot? no, they point downwards but not straight down to my feet because my hand curves off to the right after i shoot causing my fingers to face down to the right of my feet
- Does your elbow finish near or above your eyes? partially, it does for a brief second but i don’t hold the form very long
- Does the off- hand come of the ball just before release? by what i can see in the video, my off hand is just on the side of the ball and not underneath so that would indicate that my off hand does come off the ball just before release, BUT i still somehow shoot with 2 hands :) even though i don’t mean to
Angle 2: Rear View- Camera is directly behind shooter.
- Is the shooting had directly behind the ball with the two shooting fingers in the middle? i don’t hold the ball directly in the middle, i’ve always had that bad habit but i do hold the ball fairly centered
- Is the off-hand at 9 or 3 o’clock? 3 o’clock
- Is the ball released with one-hand?yes
- Is the off-hand vertical at release? Or is it rotated towards the ball? What would this mean? it’s rotated towards the ball, which mean’s i’m shooting with 2 hands :( my bad
Angle 3: Side View- Camera on shooting hand side.
- Is the wrist cocked before the release? yes
- Is the footwork consistant? yeah i’ve always had a constant foot procedure as i shoot the ball
- Is the ball kept in front of the body? yes. theres not point where the ball isn’t infront of my body
- When the ball is released are the elbows near or above the eyes?
near my eyes. ^

Bruna's shot analysis

Angle 1
Angle 1
The ball isn't brought straight up because my arm goes a little to the left even though my elbow, knee, toe and fingers are in the same plane. My fingers don't finish pointing towards my foot, that's one of the things I need to work on, the same as the final position of my elbow, that needs to finish above my eyes since right now it is not. But my off-hand does come off the ball just before release.
My shooting hand is exactly behind the ball with the two shooting fingers in the middle and my off hand is at 9 o clock. and the ball is reeased with one hand, but with the "assistance" of the other one that is usually rotated towards the ball wich means that I'm usig my of hand sometimes.
Angle 2

Angle 3
When the ball is released ,y elbows are near the eyes and my wrist is just a little bit cocked before the release. And the ball is kept in front of my body, not all the time but most of the time.
Conclusion
When the ball is released ,y elbows are near the eyes and my wrist is just a little bit cocked before the release. And the ball is kept in front of my body, not all the time but most of the time.
Conclusion
- My shooting skills have become a lot better than it was before. Even though there's a few things to work on, like, I need to line up my knee, elbow, toe and fingers better. My fingers needs to finish poiting towards my foot.
