Jeremy.L Shot Analysis

Angle 1:

-Is the ball brought straight up on the shooting hand side? Yes
-Are fingers elbow, knees, and toe in the same plane? No
-Do the shooting fingers finish pointing down towards your forward foot? No
-Does your elbow finish near or above your eyes? Yes
-Does the off hand come off the ball just before release? kinda

Angle 2:
-Is the wrist cocked before release? yes
-Is the footwork consistent? cant see
-Is the ball kept in front of the body?  Yes
-When the ball is released is the elbow near or above the eyes? Yes

Angle 3:
-Is the shooting hand directly behind the ball with the two shooting fingers in the middle? Yes
-Is the off hand at 9 or 3 o'clock? Yes
-Is the ball released with one hand? Yes
-Is the off hand vertical at release? Or is it rotated towards the ball? What would this mean? It's vertical at release, this means I'm not shooting the ball with two hands. Yes

conclusion:
for my overall shot i think it stands alright right now but i am going to have to spend time improving it. I need to try to get a smoother flow on my shot and finish with 1 hand a bit better .

  1. Hi Jeremy, I am going tell you what you need help on with your shot.
First, When your about to shot you need to bring the ball up on your shooting. Another thing you need to do is, when your shooting your elbow should be over are at your eye.
