Igor shot analysis
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=67yrSE4AQbQ
Angle 1:Rear View- Camera is directly behind shooter.
On my shot I released with one-hand, my off-hand was a little up in the begging. and I didn't use the two fingers in the middle. The problem in this shot was that my balance and my accuracy wasn't very good.
Angle 2: Straight on- Camera under basket.
On this shot my finger, elbow, knee and toe weren't in the same plane, my elbow finish near, my off- hand come of the ball just before release. The biggest problem with this shooting was the balance.
Angle 3: Side View- Camera on shooting hand side.
On this shoot my the footwork was consistent, when the ball was released the elbows above the eyes. In this shooting the part that i have to improve is the balance.
Conclusion: I have to improve my balance, so consequently I will improve my accuracy. Also I have to improve my position of the body and the hand on the ball and try to be more constant on my shots.
