Joao Vitor Shot Analysis

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QKk8iy2P9aI

Shot Analysis:

Angle 1: Straight on- Camera under basket

On this shot the ball was brought straight up on the shooting hand side and my finger, elbow, knee and toe are almost in the same plane. My elbow finished near my eyes but the off-hand came of the ball after release.

Angle 2: Side View- Camera on shooting hand side

On this shot my elbows are near the eyes but my footwork was not consistent.

Angle 3: Rear View- Camera is directly behind shooter

On this shot the shooting had directly behind the ball with the two fingers in the middle. The ball was not released with one-hand and the off-hand rotated towards the ball.

Conclusion:

I have to improve my footwork, shoot the ball with only one-hand by taking the off-hand of the ball after release. Another thing I have to improve is to keep the off-hand vertical at release.
