Angle 1: Straight on- Camera under basket.
- Is the ball brought straight up on the shooting hand side? yes, the ball was brought straight up.
- Are finger, elbow, knee and toe in the same plane? kind of.
- Do the shooting fingers finish pointing down towards your forward foot? my fingers were pointing down where they supposed to do.
- Does your elbow finish near or above your eyes? My elbow was near my eye but my hand is not straight for some reason.
- Does the off- hand come of the ball just before release? The off hand was release slightly just before the release.
Angle 2: Rear View- Camera is directly behind shooter.
- Is the shooting had directly behind the ball with the two shooting fingers in the middle? yes
- Is the off-hand at 9 or 3 o’clock? The off hand was at the 10 o'clock.
- Is the ball released with one-hand? Yes the off hand came off just right before the release
- Is the off-hand vertical at release? Or is it rotated towards the ball? What would this mean? it is a little bit rotated towards the ball. it means the off hand helped to push the ball.
Angle 3: Side View- Camera on shooting hand side.
- Is the wrist cocked before the release? Yes it cocked near my right eye
- Is the footwork consistent? the footwork was consistent.
- Is the ball kept in front of the body? yes
- When the ball is released are the elbows near or above the eyes? The ball was released near the eyes
conclusion: i need to do more form shooting to improve my shooting skills and accuracy. also i need to try to shoot under the rim while sitting to improve my the power of my wrist. after seeing the video all in all i think it's all good, maybe i just need to work on more form shooting so i will be better at getting scores from the outside.
