Alberto shot analysis

Angle 1: Straight on- Camera under basket
In this angle we can see that the ball is placed directly in the shooting hand, the elbow, the knee and the foot are in the same plane but the finger is not. The fingers end up pointing at the adved foot, the elbow ends above my eyes. Also the shooter is pulling with two hands.

Angle 2: Rear View- Camera is directly behind shooter
In this angle we can see that the hand is not behind the ball but it is down, also after throwing the ball the left hand stays at 3 o'clock. The vertical hand is rotated in the lance so the player throws the ball with two hands.

Angle 3: Side View- Camera on shooting hand side
In this angle we can see that the wrist is not ready before the launch, and also the footwork is not very constant. The prelude is always kept in front of the player's body, and when the player releases the ball the elbows are close to the eyes but not above.

Conclusion:
I have to improve the mechanics of shooting to shoot better because I shoot with two hands and I have to leave the arm raised after shooting. I also have to have the wrist cocked before launching.
