the ball was brought straight up on the shooting hand the fingers were facing the
basketball but my elbow and knee were not straight my elbow was facing to the side
my release is good it finish above my eyes the off hand was okay it came off the ball
before i shot

when shooting my two fingers are always in the middle of the ball and as for
my offhand it is at 9 o clock. the ball is released with one hand. my off hand
in the video was vertically if it was rotated it would mean i m using two hands
to release ball.

before releasing the ball my wrist is not cocked. my footwork needs work i need
balance as for were the ball is kept at its in front of the body the ball is above my
eyes front the view i was looking at.
