Brandon's Shot Form
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xNFN8WAFAA0&feature=youtu.be
Angle 1:
- The ball is mostly brought up on the shooting hand side, but it's also brought up a little in the middle of my body.
- Finger, toes and knee are all in line. But my elbow sticks outwards.
- Fingers do finish pointing downwards towards forward foot.
- Elbow finishes directly in front of eyes.
- The offhand doesn't come off the ball, it stays.
Angle 2:
- The shooting hand is directly behind the ball but instead of two fingers I used all four.
- Offhand at 9 o'clock.
- The ball is released with my right hand and my left thumb.
- Offhand is towards the ball, this means I shoot with two hands.
Angle 3:
- No my wrist is not cocked prior to releasing the ball.
- The footwork is consistent yes.
- Yes the ball is kept in front of my body.
- When the ball is released elbows are directly in front of eyes.
3 Conclusions:
- I should cock back my wrist prior to catching the ball.
- I should stop shooting with two hands.
- I should keep my elbow in at a 90 degree angle when I shoot.

I think you need to release the ball earlier with one hand.
ReplyDeleteI also think you have to bring the ball up on the right side of your body and not in the middle. Good job :*
