Angle 1:
- I see that i don't bring the ball up on my shooting hand, i bring the ball upwards towards the middle or slightly left of me.
- My finger, elbow, knee are in the same plane but i realized that my left foot is a bit wider and slightly turned to the left.
- My shooting fingers are pointed down towards my forward foot.
- My elbow finishes above my eye at all times.
- The off hand comes off the ball as i release every time.
Angle 2:
- My shooting hand is directly behind the ball with my two shooting fingers.
- Yes the off hand is at 9 o'clock.
- The ball is released with one-hand.
- My off hand is vertical at the release because it lets me shoot with one hand instead of two.
Angle 3:
- My wrist is slightly cocked back before my release.
- My footwork is the same all the time but i need to move my left foot to the right slightly.
- Yes the ball is kept in front of my body.
- When I release, my elbow above is above my eye.
I think you could center your shot more instead of leaning to one side even though your cash money anyways. Also bend your knees more?
ReplyDeleteHello Josh, you got to fix on squaring your feet to the basket.
ReplyDeleteHello Josh, you need to bring the ball up on your shooting side not your left side.
