sherry's shot form
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tCHeXacLVN0
sherry:
Angle 1:- the ball was not brought up straight on the shooting hand side.
- The fingers elbow, knees, and toe are not in the same plane. -Do the shooting fingers finish pointing down towards your forward foot? no-Does your elbow finish near or above your eyes? no-Does the off hand come off the ball just before release? Yes
Angle 2:-the shooting hand directly behind the ball is not with the two shooting finger in the middle.-the off hand is not at 9 or 3 o'clock-the ball is kept in front of the body-the off hand is not vertical at released . this means that i am not shooting with one hand.
Angle 3:-the wrist cocked before released-the footwork is consistant-the ball is kept in front of the body-the elbow is not near or above the eye when the ball is released
the three most important thing that i need to improve is shooting with only one hand, my non shooting hand should serves only to guide the ball. And the ball should be brought uo straight on the shooting hand side. and my fingers, elbow. knees, and toes should be in the same plane.
